Our Chef Ondřej Strnad
Ondřej Strnad started his career in the 1990s in the prestigious Prague hotels Holiday Inn and Mövenpick, where he acquainted himself with first-class services and gastronomy. While he worked there the Holiday Inn restaurant was rated as the “Best Hotel Restaurant in the Czech Republic”.
Ondřej is now master chef at Potrefená Husa in Platnéřská street, where he cares for the quality of the dishes. Together with his team he prepares traditional recipes of Czech and international cuisine enriched with elements of modern gastronomy. He puts the accent on choosing fresh high-grade local ingredients. This results in varied and flavoursome meals that will satisfy all your senses.
